Burak Seracılık – Samsun / Bafra

Within the scope of the Burak Seracılık project, all infrastructure, automation, and control systems required for modern greenhouse production were implemented as an integrated solution by Koçser Tarım.

First, the greenhouse irrigation infrastructure was established, including drip irrigation lines, in-house filtration systems, and parcel-based valve systems to ensure efficient and controlled irrigation. Additionally, greenhouse spraying systems were designed and installed.

A dedicated clean water and booster (hydrophore) system was installed inside the greenhouse to provide stable and continuous water pressure for irrigation and spraying operations.

As part of the electrical infrastructure:

• Greenhouse electrical system,

• Greenhouse combination panels,

• Internal distribution panels,

• Roof control panels

were designed, manufactured, and installed according to on-site requirements.

In the automation room:

• Fertilization system,

• Automatic irrigation system,

• Spraying machine,

• Blower-assisted mixing system

were integrated into a centralized automation structure to operate in full coordination.

Furthermore, greenhouse climate control systems were commissioned, enabling automated management of temperature, humidity, and ventilation throughout the greenhouse.

With this project, a fully automated, efficient, and sustainable greenhouse system was successfully delivered to Burak Seracılık.
